At SaroGenix, every product is made to order — printed just for you. Because of this personalized nature, our policy on returns and exchanges is designed to be transparent and fair.
General Return Policy
As all products are custom printed, we do not accept returns for:
- Incorrect size ordered (please refer to our size chart before purchasing)
- Change of mind or personal dislike after receiving the product
Exchange Eligibility
We allow exchanges only if you received a defective/damaged item, the wrong item, or the print is flawed.
Exchanged Products will be delivered within 5 - 10 days
Important: All items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
How to Request an Exchange
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery:
- Email admin@sarogenix.com
- Include your Order ID & clear photos
- Briefly describe the issue
Non-Exchangeable Items
- Products bought on discount/clearance
- Customized items with personalization
- Items reported after 48 hours
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this period, production begins and cancellation is not possible.
